10 Years service and over- A member who has completed 10 years pensionable service and is retired in terms of Rule 11.4 is granted a pension as provided in Rule 12.1.1 and in addition such pension is enhanced by one-third subject to the total pension not exceeding the pension such member would have received had he continued to serve the Railways until he attained his normal pension age and his pensionable emoluments had remained unchanged.
