Who We Are?
The National Railways of Zimbabwe Contributory Pension Fund is a self-administered Pension Fund which was started on the 4th of October 1949. The National Railways of Zimbabwe is the Fund’s employer. Members of the Fund are all permanent staff members of the National Railways of Zimbabwe and the permanent staff members of the Fund.
The NRZ Contributory Pension Fund is administered by a Board of Nine Trustees.
To be the leading provider of pension benefits in the region
To provide, protect and enhance the present and future economic well being of the Fund members and the Employer in a sustainable manner.
